I finished off this tome before tackling the Blood Angels Omnibus, but never did post a review for it. For me, this one was very mixed. I liked the first title Grey Knights, a fairly straightforward 'kill the daemon' type adventure, with a few nice twists and ironies. The end was fairly deus ex machina, but small enough to be forgiven. I did not like Dark Adeptus very much, since it dealt with daemon worshipping Adeptus Mechanicus, and I have a hard enough time figuring out what's going on with regular mechanicus, much less the extra strange version. Hammer of Daemons split the difference, being ok, not as good as the first title, but a definite improvement over Dark Adeptus.
